Established in 1992 by African-American members of the Indianapolis Fire Department to promote justice and equality, serve and protect our communities and foster growth in our youth through positive action.
Each year we host events for the community during Thanksgiving (The Care Mobile Pantry program) and during Christmas (Christmas at the Firehouse). During The Care Mobile Pantry program we pass out food for the less fortunate and during Christmas at the firehouse we pass out toys to families that may not otherwise be able to afford them. Both of these events are funded by our social events.
Throughout the year we throw a few social events that help us fund our community service events. Our Next even will be the "Ugly Christmas Sweater" party. Stay tuned for more information.
